I was recently charged with Assault Inflicting Serious Injury. After meeting with Mr. Fitzpatrick, I immediately felt comfortable with my situation and knew that I was in good hands. Mr. Fitzpatrick is currently handling my son’s combined civil / misdemeanor criminal matter. Since this is the first time we have ever been in such a situation, he has been very responsive and considerate in answering our questions and concerns regarding the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. When my son returned to NC to surrender to an arrest warrant, Mr. Fitzpatrick smoothed the way so that the process was quick and as stressless as possible for my son. I fully trusted him to appear on my son’s behalf at court hearings, since we live a distance from NC. During the most recent hearing, Mr. Fitzpatrick secured a deferred prosecution to a later date at which time we anticipate that, with Mr. Fitzpatrick’s representation, the charges will be dismissed and my son’s record can be expunged.
